Post-hardcore band Thursday will soon bring their War All The Time 20th Anniversary tour to First Avenue on January 31, 2024.

Formed in 1997, Thursday can be attributed to helping define the emo sound of the early 2000’s with their first two albums; Waiting and Full Collapse. The third album in their discography, War All The Time, released in 2003, sold 74,000 copies in the first week alone and hit #7 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Known for its political lyrics, powerful yet sincere vocals, and gritty guitar, War All The Time has withstood the test of time.

Thursday’s last visit to the Twin Cities was in 2022, as support for My Chemical Romance’s reunion tour. This time as headliners, Thursday will be joined by Rival Schools and Many Eyes – it’ll be a night fans won’t forget!
