We at Heartland Music Magazine love that you love our photos! We would very much love and appreciate if you would show your appreciation by following these basic guidelines when using/sharing our photos.
- To obtain your photos, please contact the photographer who captured your show directly. You can find their name at the top of your show’s post, and a direct link to their Instagram is available under ‘Our Team’ in the main menu. We strongly encourage you to use the high-quality images they provide rather than low-quality screenshots. Saving images directly from our site will not yield the best results, and posting these inferior versions misrepresents the talent and effort that went into capturing your performance. Just as we respect your music, we ask that you respect our photography. Keep in mind that some photographers may request a small donation for their services, as each has their own policy regarding compensation.
- It’s important to recognize the efforts of our photographers and our publication whenever you share our photos on Instagram or any other platform. Always tag both to ensure they get the recognition they deserve. Furthermore, if you use these images for promotional purposes, please ensure that you provide the correct credit information to anyone who receives the photos.
- It is important to honor the integrity of our photographs by avoiding any edits or cropping. Modifying these images undermines the photographer’s artistic vision and the core of their work. Just as we would never change your creations, we respectfully request that you offer the same consideration to ours.
- Every photographer associated with Heartland Music Magazine retains ownership of their own images. Unauthorized use and distribution of our photos, whether by posting them without permission or failing to provide appropriate credit, constitutes a violation of our copyright. Just because the photos feature you does not grant you ownership of them.
- Fan Accounts : We truly appreciate your passion and support for your favorite artist. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from stealing and reposting our photos, particularly right after we share them. We have worked hard to obtain the photo pass, invested time in covering the event, and put effort into editing the images. As such, we believe we deserve the recognition and engagement that our photos receive. Thank you for understanding!
- Heartland Music Magazine maintains the authority to report any posts that utilize our images without obtaining permission or providing appropriate credit to Instagram for their removal.
- At Heartland Music Magazine, we prioritize respect and professionalism in all our collaborations. Should we perceive any disrespect towards our team or our work, we will evaluate the situation and determine if future partnerships are in our best interest.
THANK YOU!!
