Thrash metal legends Slayer kicked off the 40th Anniversary celebration of Reign In Blood Friday night at Mystic Lake Amphitheater with a twenty three song set spanning their career. The band performed all ten songs from the album, including several that hadn’t been heard live in many years, such as “Necrophobic,” “Criminally Insane,” “Piece by Piece,” and “Alter of Sacrifice.” They also performed fan favorites like “South Of Heaven,” “Seasons In The Abyss,” and “Repentless,” among others.
